C.N.A. Graduates [Biddeford Adult Education]

C.N.A. Graduation. What an exciting time this is. Biddeford Adult Ed had 5 students graduate our C.N.A. program this week. Special coo-dos goes to Susan St. Michel for scoring a 100 on her State Exam.

March Super Saturday classes to include crafting, painting [Lewiston Adult Education]

Spring into activities for the next Super Saturday with Lewiston Adult Education.

The morning and day-long classes are set for March 19 at Lewiston High School.  Tall, Round Gathering Basket class will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Those interested in expressing their artistic side can also sign up for Abstract Landscapes Using Fluid Acrylics, Family Painting Party, Beaded Bracelets and Stained Glass Suncatcher.

Super Saturday is being held the day before Palm Sunday, which is why our Easter Treats class featuring frosted cookies and Rice Krispies treats is perfect for the time of year. Other classes include Introduction to Metaphysics and Meditation; CPR, First Aid, and AED Training; Introduction to Hula Hoop and Google: Gmail and Drive.

LET'S GET MOVING ! [Franklin County Adult Education]

Mt. Blue Adult & Community Ed will be offering several different fun ways to get moving this spring.  If you want to move to music, we will be teaching five different ways to dance including Clogging, Belly Dancing, Square Dancing, Line Dancing and Swing Dancing . For those of you who prefer not to dance, you can play Volleyball every Thursday night in Wilton for a nominal fee.  Would a combination of Yoga and Pilates, called PIYo , be of interest?
