			<description>&lt;p&gt;Looking for new and easy ways to improve your health and that of your family?&amp;nbsp; Two one-night workshops will help you with lots of great tips on improving health simply by changing what and how you eat.&amp;nbsp; Cooking Dinner - Quick, Easy, &amp;amp; Healthy, on March 24 at 5:30 p.m., is a cooking class taught by Courtney Lanphere, holistic health and nutrition counselor.&amp;nbsp; This class is designed for busy parents who want to prepare a healthy meal for their families but also need them to be quick and easy. It would also be a good class for any busy working person who often has little time to prepare meals at home. Come learn some tips for cooking once and eating twice and take home some great recipes to try. Successful Meal Planning, taught by Dr. Eric Betz, an Applied Kinesiology Chiropractor, is about&amp;nbsp; caring about what you eat. In this March 30, 6 p.m., class, he will discuss topics such as what and when to eat, how digestion figures in your overall health, and ways you can set goals for good health with how you eat.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

He now spends $4 per week to commute 35 miles per day. Now, the best news: Wayne would like to share his experience with you next fall through the Bonny Eagle Adult Education program. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The course will start with a one-night Overview as a teaser. It will be followed by a 4-6 week Design and Construction Theory for Building an Electric Car. You will be able to register for just the overview, or the full session. &lt;h3&gt;This class is equivalent to Math 050 at SMCC.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Upon successful completion of the course, you should be able to pass the math Accuplacer and place in College Algebra.&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;
&lt;h3&gt;When:&amp;nbsp; April 6, 2010&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;
&lt;h3&gt;What Time:&amp;nbsp; 6:00 p.m. &amp;ndash; 9:00 p.m.&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;

One instructor will teach MAT 117, College Algebra and the other will teach ENG 101, English Comp. These will be college level classes with college credit given to students who pass. The curriculum will be given to the instructor by Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC).&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The applicant must have a Mster's Degree in subject-specific area (either Math or English) or a Bachelor's Degree in the area they are teaching and a Master's Degree in Education or at least 18 credits in their subject field.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

The coach will make the final pick-up for the ride home at the CraftBoston at 4:45, and at Quincy Market at 5:00.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;The $70 fee for the trip includes transportation from Lewiston to Boston and between the fair and Quincy Market, admission to the fair, and a guided tour of CraftBoston highlights.
